Registration Now Open!

·        On-site full attendance (presenter, student, retired, international, and teacher) fee includes access to all sessions of the conference, the Book of Selected Readings, cultural activities, opening reception, all coffee breaks, two meals (lunch or dinner), and another reception.

·        On-line full attendance (presenter, student, retired, and international) fee includes access to online conference presentations, and the Book of Selected Readings.

·        1-day Only Registration includes access to all sessions occurring in that period including coffee and lunch breaks. In addition, for IVLA members, the Book of Selected Readings is included; for non-members, one year IVLA membership is included.

·        K-12Teacher 1-day and 2-day registration fee includes access to all sessions occurring in that period including coffee and lunch breaks.

·        Guest/Visitor fee includes access to all sessions of the conference, cultural activities, opening reception, all coffee breaks, two lunch breaks, and another reception, and closing reception (awards dinner).

·        Presenter non-member fee includes one year IVLA membership.

Please note that special registration rates apply to the faculty and staff from Universities in Cyprus. These rates apply throughout the registration period:

1) IVLA Members *full, on-site attendance*: 80 Euros
2) IVLA non-members *full, on-site attendance* (including annual membership): 100 Euros

3) One-day on-site attendance: 20 Euros (IVLA members)
4) One-day on-site attendance: 30 Euros (IVLA non-members)

 Cancellation Policy

·        Please note that in case of cancellation by September 3rd 2010 you will be charged 40% of the conference fee. If you should cancel your attendance at IVLA10, please send an email to ivla10@ucy.ac.cy

·        After September 3rd 2010, there will be no refunds for cancelled registrations.

·        There is no refund for IVLA’s membership fee.

·        Early-Bird Registration: July 15th, 2010 (Discounted Registration Fee)

·        Cut-off date: Last day to pay online, by check or money order is September 15, 2010.

·        After September 20, 2010, registration fee will be paid either by VISA/MASTER card or at the conference site in Cyprus.
